Terms of Service

Effective from 1 June 2026

1. Subject matter

These Terms of Use (ToU) govern access to and use of the HalalStack service, available at halalstack.app, published on a personal and non-commercial basis by Wael Benamor (natural person, residing in France). HalalStack is currently in free beta phase: no paid service is being marketed. This halal wealth information and tracking tool is intended for personal use. It does not constitute a financial advisory service, investment advisory service, or Islamic opinion (fatwa).

2. Pricing and subscriptions

HalalStack offers three subscription plans: Free (no charge), Premium (€9.99 incl. VAT/month) and Family (€19.99 incl. VAT/month). Prices are stated in euros inclusive of all applicable taxes. The free plan provides access to basic features with no commitment. Paid plans are billed monthly with automatic renewal. Prices may be modified with 30 days' notice.

3. Duration and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are open-ended and automatically renewed each month. Subscribers may cancel at any time from the Subscription page of their account (Preferences → Subscription → Cancel). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No pro-rata refund is made for the remaining period, except upon exercise of the right of withdrawal under Article 4.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under applicable consumer protection law, consumers have 14 days from the date of subscription to a paid plan to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving reasons. This right may be exercised by email to benamor.wael@gmail.com. In the event of withdrawal within the statutory period, a full refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the request. Activation of the digital service implies express waiver of the right of withdrawal if premium access has been used.

5. Liability

Information provided by HalalStack (valuations, Sharia statuses, Zakat calculations, AI responses) is for indicative purposes only. HalalStack shall not be liable for investment decisions, financial losses, or any consequences arising from use of the service.
